Floor Deck Roll Forming Machine

Floor decking is made of galvanized steel sheets that are rolled and cold-formed. Through sequentially configured multi-pass forming rollers, metal sheets such as coils and strips are continuously bent laterally to produce plastic profiles with specific cross-sections. Processing technology, the cross-section is V-shaped, U-shaped, trapezoidal or similar to these shapes, mainly used for floors.
