Operation

3. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment and add oil as required to ensure that the equipment is well lubricated and operating normally.

4. Test the machine before work to check whether each machine can operate normally. It is best to wipe the molding roller of the main machine with engine oil. 5. During operation, workers should wear gloves to avoid scratching their fingers.

6. Draw a 1.5-meter-wide working area line on each side of the unit and prohibit other non-staff members from entering, so as not to affect normal work, which could lead to a crisis.

7. Do not roll sheets that are overly thick or have defects such as hard scars, slag inclusions and welded edges to avoid damaging the roller ring.

8. If there are any abnormal noises during operation, you should stop the vehicle immediately for inspection and wait until everything is normal before driving.

9. The host should stop the motor when adjusting to avoid accidents. When adjusting the gap between the upper and lower rollers, use a standard thickness gauge. Do not use knives, steel plates or other rough surfaces as substitutes.

 

10. After use, cut off the main power supply. It is best to apply engine oil to the forming roller of the main machine and cover it with plastic film to prevent rust or other debris from falling in.
