The working principle

Precautions For Use

Machine Composition

The glazed tile press machine is mainly composed of a frame, upper and lower rollers, transmission system, shearing system and other parts.

1. The frame is welded with high-strength steel plates and has sufficient strength and stability;

2. The upper and lower rollers are made of forged 45# steel with chrome plate, and the surface has been specially treated to have high hardness and wear resistance;

3. The transmission system is driven by a motor, which can achieve stepless speed regulation;

4. The shearing system is driven by a pump station, and the material of the shearing knife is Cr12, treatment off 58 ℃ -60 ℃.
